We accept paypal, postal order and cheques as payment method. Payments through postal order and cheques must be in GBP (£) sterling and cleared before goods are dispatched.

P&P DISCOUNT: We combine postage for your multiple purchases . Please request or wait for combine invoice for your multiple purchases before you make payment.

1.P&P will be charged full for the item with highest P&P cost and 50% off will be offered from rest of Items P&P cost.

2. If you purchased more than 5 Items, P&P will be charged full for the item with highest P&P cost and 60% off will be offered from rest of Items P&P cost.

3. If you purchased more than 10 Items, P&P will be charged full for the item with highest P&P cost and 70% off will be offered from rest of Items P&P cost.

Domestic Postage: Royal mail  first class service will be used for posting.

International Postage: Airmail service will be used for international posting for less net weight 1.7 kg. For items more than net weight 1.7 kg we will use parcelforce or other cheaper postage services and we will charge p&p cost accordingly.

Insurance is available at buyers' expense - this costs roughly £1 per £100 value. Please note that Royal Mail indemnity only covers for £36. We always ensure that our packaging is of high standard. If your items do not reach to you by appropriate time period or unsatisfied with the products then the replacement or full refund will be given.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:

If you are not satisfied with the product, refund will be given deducting the previously paid postage charge.  However, the product must be sent back to us within 7days for domestic buyer and 14 days for international buyer of dispatched date in its original condition and must be unused. Return P&P should be paid by buyer.

 PACKAGING AND POSTAGE COST  WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

However, return on socks, jewellerie will not be accpeted due to health and hygiene. As socks we sell in our shops are hand knitted so there may be not perfect as machine. but returns and refund on this products are strictly impossible.
